What is Revanesse® Versa™?
Revanesse® Versa™ is a hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler created to smooth fine lines and wrinkles on the face, as well as enhance facial volume. The main difference between Versa™ and other dermal fillers is that there is minimal swelling after injection.
The Revanesse® Versa™ Treatment
To begin treatment, your provider will cleanse the skin and determine the areas to be injected. A topical numbing cream will be applied to reduce any discomfort. The Revanesse® Versa™ will then be skillfully injected into the appropriate areas. Treatment can take 15-30 minutes, depending on the number of treatment areas.
Who is a Candidate?
Adults 18 years of age and older who would like to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds can often benefit from Versa™. Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of severe scarring, or have an inflammatory disease of the skin at the treatment site should not receive these injections. Downtime
Following your Versa™ treatment, you may experience mild bruising, redness, swelling, and sensitivity. These effects will subside within a short time. There is no downtime needed, which means you can return to your regular activities as soon as you feel comfortable. We do advise that you avoid alcohol consumption, excessive exercise, and sun exposure for 12-24 hours for the best outcomes. Results can last up to 12 months with optimal treatment.
