DERMAL FILLERS
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments that are meant to add volume beneath the skin, smoothing unwanted lines, wrinkles, and folds. For men and women who desire a more youthful, refreshed appearance, dermal fillers can be a convenient option. At our office, we offer a large selection of dermal fillers to meet the needs of each individual.
Filler Types
Juvéderm
The Juvéderm® family of fillers was created to add volume and reduce the signs of aging on several areas of the face. Created with hyaluronic acid (HA), these fillers work by adding volume underneath the skin, smoothing out lines and wrinkles, and adding youthful volume. There are many different Juvéderm® formulations, each created to address the unique areas of the face.
Voluma
Voluma is specifically designed to restore a full, plump look to your cheeks. It is injected deep into the skin and can prevent sagging and contour your cheek lines. Because it works so deep in the skin, it can last longer than many other fillers; even other forms of Juvederm.
Revanesse Versa™
Revanesse® Versa™ is a hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler created to smooth fine lines and wrinkles on the face, as well as enhance facial volume. It is specifically formulated for a more precise application and less swelling compared to other HA fillers for optimal results. The main difference between Versa™ and other dermal fillers is that there is minimal swelling after injection.
Restylane
Restylane is a line of hyaluronic acid–based facial fillers that help smooth wrinkles and plump your cheeks and lips. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in our skin, especially in connective tissue. It's typically used in cheeks, lips, nasolabial folds, and around your mouth.
Radiesse®
Radiesse® is a dermal filler created with CaHA, which provides immediate contouring and stimulation of collagen and elastin production. When Radiesse® is injected into your skin, the CaHA particles integrate with your tissue to create a “scaffold”. As the gel carrier breaks down over time, a network of collagen fibers forms to create a renewed and youthful skin structure.
Bellafill® & Sculptra®
Both Bellafill® and Sculptra® are long-lasting, collagen stimulating injectables that help add volume to the face, buttocks or other areas of the body. These fillers help the skin to maintain its youthful appearance and can last up to 5 years. Over time, the body will use the microspheres in the gel to create natural collagen in your skin, which adds volume under the skin and reduces lines and wrinkles.
Filler Treatments
Facial Contouring
Facial contouring refers to a combination of different dermal fillers to bring out the face’s natural-looking contour. The areas are typically the cheeks, chin, and jawline, but the combination can vary from person to person, as well as the amount of filler required.
Lip Fillers (Lip Enhancement)
Lip fillers are made of hyaluronic acid and can be injected into the upper and lower lips. They can add volume to correct uneven lips, lift the corners of the mouth, define the Cupid's bow, enhance the lip border, smooth out lip lines and wrinkles.
Tear Trough Filler
These dermal fillers or hyaluronic acid fillers can be injected into the tear troughs to fill in under eye hollows.
Liquid Rhinoplasty
This is a nonsurgical option to traditional rhinoplasty. It involves injecting hyaluronic acid fillers into a patient’s nose to reshape it or to improve the contours. A liquid rhinoplasty can temporarily address issues like dorsal humps, drooping nasal tips, or an asymmetrical nose.
Jawline Contouring
This non-surgical treatment uses dissolvable dermal fillers to sculpt the jawline and add definition to create a slimmer appearance.
Facial Enhancement
Diluted Radiesse - For increasing Collagen and skin quality When diluted with sterile saline and lidocaine. Radiesse® can be used as a biostimulatory agent to rejuvenate skin on the face, neck, and body rather than a volumizing filler.
Hand Rejuvenation Radiesse or Restylane
Restylane Lyft and Radiesse are both FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers for hand rejuvenation. These fillers restore volume to the dorsal hand, bringing back the fullness that tends to decrease with age while plumping it up for smoother appearance.
