A common complaint after liposuction is about the extra, loose, saggy skin, generally on the stomach, thighs or arms. This is more likely to occur when there is poor quality skin (e.g., stretch marks) or too much skin to begin with. Loose skin can make you feel self-conscious about your appearance.
